However, it is not normal to have 100% disk usage when no application is running or just browsing the internet.

As it is known, Hard Disk storage units offer high-capacity memory, while reading and writing processes are slow.

Windows 10, the most popular of the new operating systems compatible with today's technology, is not a suitable operating system compared to Hard Disk storage units. In order to reduce RAM usage, it transfers some of its operations to hard drives and tires the drives that read / write at low speed, such as Hard Disk.It creates 100% Disk Usage problem.

These are not the only reasons for this problem, and it is not a problem seen only on Windows 10.We are aware that people who are looking for a solution to this problem on the internet, do what is explained under the headings of "100% disk usage problem [FINAL SOLUTION]" and similar titles on platforms such as YouTube and cannot find a cure for many of them.Because the solutions described there are partially useful solutions.

As we have stated in previous publications, we must first understand what the problem is in order to call a solution a 100% sure solution.

In this publication, the reason for 100% disk usage and solutions are given respectively. You can reduce disk usage from 100% to 5% for an idle system by following these steps in order.

Disable the Adobe Flash Player plug-in from the Settings>Extensions section of the browser program you are using.Or uninstall this application from your device.

Disable Scheduled Disk Defragmentation

The planned disk defragmentation action made by the Task Scheduler feature of Windows increases the disk usage rate.So it needs to be disabled.

“This service does not have much effect on the HDD unit.If it is applied frequently, it will shorten the life of the SSD unit.”
